You may pay with a credit card through PayPal. PayPal is designed to be a safer way to send money online. You don't have to send us your information so it doesn’t expose you to many of the risks associated with on-line merchants.

How do you ship your orders?
Orders are generally shipped within 24 hours via US Mail or UPS (for bigger/heavier orders). Expect them to take about one week to get to you.

How much is postage?
Postage is $4.50 for any size order (in the US), $6.00 for any size order in Canada. Sorry, we cannot ship to other countries.

Why can't I buy a hat like the one Red wears?
They just don't make em, sorry. If they ever do we'll carry 'em -- that's for sure!

Do you have everything in stock and ready to send to me?
Generally, yes. Sometimes, no. We'll let you know straight away if something is out of stock. Then you can choose whether to ship everything at once or just what's in stock now and everything else later.

Will Red Green personally pack my order?
