On October 9th we drove to Pernes les Fontaines and ate dinner at Restaurant Au Fil du Temps. They offer a prix fix menu (e45.00) which included four courses. The food was excellent (as was the wine -- we chose a bottle from the Region du Ventoux). Our server was very helpful with his broken english and did well at working with our even more broken french. All-in-all, an excellent experience.
